These apartments were constructed in 1995 with a priority placed on availability for those with special needs. There are 42 units built into this complex, with one, two and three bedroom units available.
Access Apartments are maintained daily and professionally managed by PacRim Properties. Special emphasis is placed on ensuring proper care of the facilities so they continue to meet the requirements for LIHTC projects.
